Craniosacral Therapy Sessions are held in person at my studio in Northwest Berkeley. If you'd like to connect before booking, an introductory call is a good place to start.

No. You’re welcome to book a session directly. If you have questions before booking, an introductory call is available.

Sessions take place in person at my studio in Northwest Berkeley. The exact address is shared after booking.

Sessions are done fully clothed on a massage table. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can easily move in. We’ll begin with a brief intake, and from there the session unfolds through presence, deep listening, and light touch.

A single session is a good place to start if you’re new to Craniosacral or want to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Yes, a sliding scale is available. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out.

Please give at least 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the session rate. No-shows will be charged in full.
