No preparation needed. Come with whatever is on your mind. If something specific is forming for you such as a decision, question, or project, you're welcome to bring notes, but it isn't required. We begin with what's present.

A Single Session is a focused working conversation, useful when you have a specific question, decision, or project you want to think through. A Series gives us continuity. We can track patterns over time, go deeper, and build real momentum on something longer term. If you're not sure which is right, the free intro conversation is a good place to start.

Single sessions are paid at the time of booking by credit card. Series and ongoing work are invoiced directly. If you have questions about payment, feel free to reach out.
